The ULU promise

Useful information with reasons to trust it

Quality, language equality, and protected boundaries shape the public experience.

  1. Sources you can verify

Publisher, trust status, and review dates are visible, while stale or troubled links return to editorial review.

  2. Bilingual equality

Guidance, summaries, and metadata are prepared in Japanese and English without treating either as an afterthought.

  3. Protected boundaries

Households, dependent profiles, protected spaces, and attendee information remain outside public pages.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before taking part

A concise guide to public access, language, households, verification, and external services.

Can I use ULU without an account?

Yes. Public resources, external lessons, instructors, jobs, and public community spaces are readable without signing in. Saving, reserving, and posting require a member session.

Is the same information available in English and Japanese?

ULU guidance and public summaries follow the same standard in both languages. External material keeps its original language clearly labelled.

Who manages households and dependent profiles?

Adult household members manage them. Dependents cannot sign in and never receive public profiles.

Does Pro membership make someone a contributor?

No. Verification is assigned only through staff review and cannot be purchased. Pro priority changes queue order only and never guarantees approval.

Do job and external lesson applications happen inside ULU?

No. After reviewing the public detail, you leave ULU for the provider website or email. ULU does not store job applications or take payment for external lessons.
